We do offer meditation drop in group classes in the mornings and evenings once a month if you would like to come and experience a session. These are open to you whether you have attended this Introduction to Meditation Workshop or not but an introduction is benefical. If you cannot attend this introduction, you are encourage to book a one to one meditation and healing session to cover the basics before you attend the monthly sessions.
