One to One Guided Meditation Session

These One to One Meditation Sessions start with a personally guided visualisation into and around your body to help you learn how to focus positivity towards yourself.  Regularly practising meditation will help you to train your mind to think in a more positive way.  Also using these techqniues together with self care focusing on you, will help you feel better and control your throughts and energy instead of being a slave to your thoughts.  Our most common feedback is that clients feel they can deal with situations in a much more positive way and feel more calm generally.


Taking you through some self healing meditation techniques to use at home and can be combined with hands on energy healing to complement. These sessions can help you to feel deeply relaxed, especially enhanced laying on one of our special heated couches, with light relaxation music of your choice playing and soft lighting.


These are personally guided and if you have a preference where you with to travel in your mind, we can tailor the meditation for you even more.


This session can be used as an addition to our Regular Meditation Groups and also our Introduction to Meditation Workshop.
