Privacy & Security Policy

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure.  Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.


The Natural Health Sanctuary will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, complany or organisation.

Return / Refund Policy

Courses - All course deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable (apart from COVID19 local lockdowns).  When booking onto a course, please be sure you are able to attend all the dates applicable before you book.  If you need to change to a different course date, you will be required to pay your course deposit again for the new date or a transfer fee. If you cancel your course date/s within 14 days your full balance is payable.


Classes - If you have booked and paid for any classes in advance, we operate a strict 24hr cancellation within the class start time, you will not be refunded for the class.


Workshops - Workshops are usually a half day session. If you have paid for your workshop and need to cancel, please notify us with 14 days that you cannot attend.  We can reschedule you to another workshop date with a £10 charge if you notify within the 14 days policy.


Appointments - We operate a strict 24hr cancellation policy, please see Complementary Therapies page for our appointment cancellations policy


Gift Cards are non refundable, please pass onto a friend to use

Cancellations Policy


You will be informed about treatment cancellations at your first visit with your therapist.   Cancellations are free if notified within 24hrs of your booked treatment time and will be rescheduled for you for your preferred time.  If you do not cancel within 24hrs, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee unless your appointment booked can be filled by another client.  Any no shows or cancellations under 12 hours of your treatment time will be charged at the full treatment price.   If you do need to cancel, please, out of courtesy, contact your therapist and make sure your message has been received with a reply. When you book, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.  You will also receive an email reminder 2 days before your treatment to confirm your appointment and make your payment, so please check your email is up to date.   For our Terms and Conditions, Consumer Data and Privacy and Refunds Policy, please see below.  For courses and workshops, your deposit is non refundable and non transferrable. For shorter courses, there are no refunds.  Cancellations within 7 days of the course or workshop, the full balance is payable and will also be non refundable.  NEW Covid19 cancellations, we will like to help during this unsure time, all courses which need to be cancelled due to local lockdowns, will be transferred with no penalty.
