Step away from the craziness of life and allow your body and mind to completely unwind.
This intimate small-group session (maximum 3 people) is held in my peaceful sanctuary space, creating a calm and supportive environment where you can truly relax and reconnect with yourself.
Great chance to get away with a group of friends and enjoy the energy you create with each other. Friends, sisters, mothers, daughters - spend a special time together. Solo energy balancers also welcome!
During the evening we gently move through 7 Chakra Resetting Yin Yoga poses, followed by a guided meditation and soothing group Reiki healing, allowing your nervous system to reset and your energy to rebalance.
