Investing in yourself weekly, relaxing and dissolving away stress with our weekly guidance cards and meditation recordings.
We all know focus in the mind on positive aspects of life regularly helps with maintaining our positive mental well-being.
Our sessions are intuitively channelled each week andinclude focusing on the body through relaxation using light and colour focusing or energy centres always a mixture of different meditations depending on the energy of the group that week and sometimes the meditations are led by the Oracle card reading the sessions are always a mixture of maybe visiting in our minds a beautiful woodland,
Waterfalls, beaches, beautiful gardens and many different places to relax.
