About the event
Immerse yourself in our 2hr Yin Yoga healing sanctuary.
Poses are held for 3-5mins to release tension and restore physical, mental, and emotional energy.
All equipment is provided.
Different cues, poems and positive affirmations will be weaved into each monthly session. Shorter classes may start weekly if you’re interested.
Drawing to a close with a longer guided meditation with channelled Reiki group energy healing, leaving you calm, balanced, and renewed within a beautiful yoga venue.
