Step into a gentle, nurturing circle of soul connection and feminine energy, giving you the oportunity to reconnect with your heart and inner wisdom.

Come home to yourself in this sacred space of stillness and sisterhood, using many elements to increase your spiritual experience.

Resting on yoga mats with bolsters and cosy blankets, you will be guided through different bespoke guided meditations throughout your time with us.

During your sacred time, you will be encouraged to journal your insights and meditation visions to reflect on in your own time. This is a fairly introverted session with no group sharing but time at the end to connect with others if you wish. Some people come with friends and solo.

We will be holding these at a few different venues around Essex.

There will be a chance to stay for a mini Goddess Healing Session with Sam and her team, together with a few items from our Aromatherapy Artisan Range to purchase amongst other spiritual specialities - Choose the add on when booking

When you book, you will receive a short booking email and text plus an automated longer confirmation email with all the details you need to know. Then a few days before you will be sent a reminder via text and email.

Sound Bath Cautions - While sound healing is generally safe and deeply relaxing, it is important to approach it mindfully. Those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, heart conditions, or wear a pacemaker should check with a healthcare professional before attending, as certain frequencies and vibrations may not be suitable. It's also wise to avoid very loud of prolonged sound exposure for anyone with sensitive hearing or migraines. Please speak to your tutor beforehand to discuss.
