Service Description
We welcome you to join us at Holland on Sea Beach, Essex for a meditation session. Please bring headphones in case of a windy day so you can listen to a meditation we prepare for you at the beach. Please bring a yoga mat or beach chair to relax in and relevant English weather clothing 😂 A cuppa and a snack in the beach hut will be available after. We are excited to see you. If you have any questions, please do get in touch. If you have not visited before, you will receive a welcome call. Please advise about any medical/lifestyle background which would be helpful to know. We understand sometimes “life happens” and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Complementary Therapies - Cancellations are free over 48hrs of your booked treatment scheduled. Any cancellations within 48hrs are chargeable at the full treatment rate booked. Classes & Courses - all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted 2 weeks within your start date booked Retreats - please refer to your original confirmation email
