You’ll be guided through a mindful ritual with rich, ceremonial-grade cacao to awaken your senses, lift your mood, and deepen your connection to yourself. We’ll flow into a calming meditation journey, gentle journaling prompts to inspire reflection and the uplifting support of aromatherapy oils and healing crystals. Together, these elements create a deeply nourishing experience that soothes the mind, opens the heart, and replenishes your spirit

Please advise about any medical/lifestyle background which would be helpful to know. We understand sometimes “life happens” and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Complementary Therapies, Classes & Well Being Workshops - Cancellations are free over 48hrs of your booked treatment scheduled. Any cancellations within 48hrs are chargeable at the full treatment rate booked. Massage & Reiki Courses - all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted 2 weeks within your start date booked Retreats - please refer to your original confirmation email
