We understand sometimes “life happens” and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Complementary Therapies & Classes - Cancellations are free over 48hrs of your booked treatment scheduled. Any cancellations within 48hrs are chargeable at the full treatment rate booked. Courses - all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted 2 weeks within your course date booked
