Complementary Therapies, Classes & Well Being Workshops - Cancellations are free over 48hrs of your booked treatment scheduled. Any cancellations within 48hrs are chargeable at the full treatment rate booked. Massage & Reiki Courses - all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted 2 weeks within your start date booked Retreats - please refer to your original confirmation email
