Cancellation Policy
We are excited to see you. If you have any questions, please do get in touch. If you have not visited before, you will receive a welcome call. Please advise about any medical/lifestyle background which would be helpful to know. We understand sometimes “life happens” and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Complementary Therapies - Cancellations are free over 48hrs of your booked treatment scheduled. Any cancellations within 48hrs are chargeable at the full treatment rate booked. Classes & Courses - all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted 2 weeks within your start date booked Retreats - please refer to your original confirmation email
