Immerse yourself in our Yin Yoga healing sanctuary. Poses are held for 3-5mins to release tension and restore physical, mental and emotional energy. All equipment is provided. Different cues, poems and positive affirmations will be weaved into session. Drawing to a close with a longer guided meditation with channelled Reiki group energy healing, leaving you calm, balanced, and renewed

Please advise about any medical/lifestyle background which would be helpful to know. We understand sometimes “life happens” and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Complementary Therapies, Classes & Well Being Workshops - Cancellations are free over 48hrs of your booked treatment scheduled. Any cancellations within 48hrs are chargeable at the full treatment rate booked. Massage & Reiki Courses - all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted 2 weeks within your start date booked Retreats - please refer to your original confirmation email
