Service Description
Immerse yourself in our 2.5hr Yin Yoga healing sanctuary. Poses are held for 3-5mins to release tension and restore physical, mental, and emotional energy. All equipment is provided. Different cues, poems and positive affirmations will be weaved into each monthly session. Drawing to a close with a longer guided meditation with channelled Reiki group energy healing, leaving you calm, balanced, and renewed within a beautiful yoga venue

We are excited to see you. If you have any questions, please do get in touch. If you have not visited before, you will receive a welcome call. Please advise about any medical/lifestyle background which would be helpful to know. We understand sometimes “life happens” and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Complementary Therapies, Classes & Well Being Workshops - Cancellations are free over 48hrs of your booked treatment scheduled. Any cancellations within 48hrs are chargeable at the full treatment rate booked. Massage & Reiki Courses - all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are accepted 2 weeks within your start date booked Retreats - please refer to your original confirmation email
